Grammar Studio Privacy Policy

Grammar Studio is an English-learning application published by Phi Van Son (also referenced as Son Phi). This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when using the Grammar Studio iOS application.

1. Learning Data & Storage

Grammar Studio stores quiz scores, bookmarks, mistake logs, learning streaks, review schedules, study goals, and preferences directly on your device. When iCloud is enabled on your iOS device, a learning snapshot may be synchronized through your private iCloud key-value store so your progress can be restored across your personal devices.

Grammar Studio does not operate a central user account server and does not directly collect or store your name, email address, passwords, contacts, precise location, or payment-card details on any external developer server.

2. Advertising & Privacy Consent Framework

The free version of Grammar Studio uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your consent choices, device settings, geographic region, and Google's ad-serving mode, Google may process an IP address or IP-derived general location, device identifiers, advertising performance data, product interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service delivery.

The app requests required privacy choices before loading ads and requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization before accessing identifiers used to track user activity across other companies' apps or websites. Premium users do not load advertisements. You can review or adjust your advertising privacy choices at any time from Grammar Studio Settings.

3. In-App Purchases and Local Notifications

Premium purchases are processed and verified directly by Apple through StoreKit APIs. Grammar Studio never receives or stores your credit card or payment financial details.

Study reminders are local iOS notifications scheduled locally on your device. You can customize reminder times or disable notifications completely via iOS Settings at any time.

4. Diagnostics Packages and Question Reports

Apple MetricKit crash and performance diagnostics are retained locally on your device. Grammar Studio does not transmit these diagnostics automatically. A diagnostics package containing app/device version information, recent privacy-safe app events, and available MetricKit payloads is shared ONLY when you explicitly choose Share diagnostics package in Support.

When you report an inaccurate or bad question, the app stores the question ID, selected reason, optional note, app version, report ID, and date locally. The report is transmitted to our support team only when you choose to send the prepared email.

5. Retention, Data Deletion, and User Control

Your learning data remains on your device and in your private iCloud key-value store until it is reset or removed by you. You have full control to:

Disable study notifications in iOS Settings.
Manage advertising privacy choices in Grammar Studio Settings.
Change tracking permissions under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Delete learning progress completely using Reset all progress in app settings while connected to iCloud to clear synced snapshot data.

Grammar Studio là ứng dụng học ngữ pháp tiếng Anh được phát hành bởi Phí Văn Sơn (Son Phi). Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách thông tin được xử lý khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng di động Grammar Studio trên thiết bị iOS.

1. Lưu trữ dữ liệu học tập

Grammar Studio lưu trữ điểm trắc nghiệm, thẻ ghi nhớ, danh sách câu làm sai, chuỗi ngày học (streak), lịch ôn tập, mục tiêu và tùy chỉnh cá nhân trực tiếp trên thiết bị của bạn. Khi tài khoản iCloud được kích hoạt trên iOS, bản sao tiến độ học tập có thể được đồng bộ qua kho lưu trữ iCloud cá nhân của bạn để khôi phục tiến độ trên các thiết bị khác.

Grammar Studio không vận hành máy chủ tài khoản người dùng riêng và không thu thập hay lưu trữ tên, email, mật khẩu, danh bạ, vị trí chính xác hoặc thông tin thẻ thanh toán của bạn trên bất kỳ máy chủ ngoại vi nào.

2. Quảng cáo & Quyền riêng tư

Phiên bản miễn phí của Grammar Studio sử dụng Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) và hệ thống khung chấp thuận UMP của Google. Tùy thuộc vào lựa chọn của bạn, Google có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP, mã định danh thiết bị và dữ liệu hiệu suất để phục vụ quảng cáo và an ninh.

Ứng dụng yêu cầu lựa chọn quyền riêng tư trước khi tải quảng cáo và xin phép App Tracking Transparency (ATT) trước khi truy cập mã theo dõi. Người dùng Premium hoàn toàn không hiển thị quảng cáo. Bạn có thể kiểm tra hoặc thay đổi tùy chọn quảng cáo bất kỳ lúc nào trong mục Cài đặt của Grammar Studio.

3. Thanh toán Premium & Thông báo

Giao dịch nâng cấp Premium được xử lý và xác thực trực tiếp bởi Apple thông qua StoreKit. Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận hoặc lưu trữ thông tin thẻ ngân hàng của bạn.

Thông báo nhắc học là tính năng thông báo cục bộ của iOS. Bạn có thể bật/tắt hoặc đổi giờ nhắc trong mục Cài đặt của hệ điều hành iOS.

4. Gói chẩn đoán & Báo cáo câu hỏi

Dữ liệu chẩn đoán sự cố Apple MetricKit được lưu trữ cục bộ trên máy. Grammar Studio không tự động gửi dữ liệu này. Gói chẩn đoán CHỈ được gửi khi bạn chủ động nhấn Chia sẻ gói chẩn đoán trong mục Hỗ trợ.

Khi bạn báo cáo câu hỏi sai, ứng dụng lưu mã câu hỏi và ghi chú trên máy. Báo cáo chỉ được gửi đi khi bạn xác nhận gửi email đã được chuẩn bị sẵn.

5. Quyền kiểm soát & Xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu của bạn nằm hoàn toàn trên máy và tài khoản iCloud cá nhân. Bạn có toàn quyền:

Tắt thông báo nhắc học trong Cài đặt iOS.
Thay đổi tùy chọn bảo mật quảng cáo trong Cài đặt Grammar Studio.
Thay đổi quyền theo dõi trong Cài đặt iOS > Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật > Theo dõi.
Xóa toàn bộ tiến trình học bằng tính năng Đặt lại tất cả tiến độ (Reset all progress) trong ứng dụng.

1. Datos de aprendizaje y almacenamiento

Grammar Studio almacena puntuaciones, marcadores, errores y rachas de estudio localmente en tu dispositivo iOS y opcionalmente los sincroniza a través de tu cuenta privada de Apple iCloud.

2. Publicidad y consentimientos

La versión gratuita utiliza Google AdMob. Puedes gestionar las opciones de privacidad y seguimiento ATT directamente desde los Ajustes de Grammar Studio. La versión Premium no muestra anuncios.

1. 学習データの保存とiCloud同期

学習履歴、間違えた問題、継続日数などのデータはデバイス内にローカル保存され、iCloudを介してお客様個人のプライベートストレージに同期されます。

2. 広告とプライバシー設定

無料版ではGoogle AdMobを使用しています。追跡や広告設定はアプリ内の設定メニューからいつでも変更可能です。Premiumユーザーには広告が表示されません。
